ZOOM!® Whitening
We are pleased to offer ZOOM! ® whitening as seen on ABC’s hit TV show "Extreme Makeover".

No other whitening procedure gives you immediate results, lasts longer, and is performed by a dental professional. Most patients whiten an average of 8 shades in a total of 1 ½ - 2 hours (includes prep time and lamp time). Clinical studies have shown that ZOOM!® is very safe and effective. It does not harm the enamel!
Angela, our hygienist, has been trained in ZOOM! ® whitening and has been performing this procedure for over 3 years.

The procedure is simple:

Impressions are taken of the upper and lower to fabricate custom made whitening trays for you to take home after the ZOOM! ® procedure
Begins with a simple polishing of the teeth to remove any surface stain. Then we cover your lips and gums with a blue plastic barrier and gauze, leaving only your teeth exposed.
Angela then applies the ZOOM! ® whitening gel (25% hydrogen peroxide). The light and gel work together to gently penetrate your teeth, breaking up stains and discoloration.
The gel is reapplied for a total of three to four 15 minute sessions. You can relax and listen to music during this time.
Finally, you go home with your brighter, whiter smile.

"Touching up" depends upon how much staining products you consume (coffee, tea, cola, red wine) – average time between touch ups is about three to four times a year. Wear the custom made whitening trays that you will receive and use the touch up kit for 1 hour a day for 1 – 3 days. This will MAINTAIN your color. Trays are soft, clear and flexible.
